“Horror of imprisonment will end with your victory:” Ukrainian officials send greetings to Kremlin’s hostages
Ukraine’s Ministry for Temporarily Occupied Territories & IDPs joins the New Year Marathon of Letters to Kremlin’s hostages run within the campaign #LetMyPeopleGo.
Minister for Occupied Territories Vadym Chernish and his deputy Yusuf Kurkchi have signed greeting cards to the Ukrainian political prisoners held in Russia and occupied Crimea. They wished the captives strength, tenacity, and hope, and assured that the people in Ukraine and all over the world are standing with them in this dark time.
We are waiting for you at home, not only your relatives, but also all the large Ukrainian family!
Today millions of people are supporting you and wishing you a speedy release.
May hope and faith remain with you.
And we, each in one’s place, will do our best to get you back home as soon as possible.
Our goal is your freedom!
You can also support the victims of Russian repression by sending a letter or postcard. Find the addresses and instructions for writing on this link.
